On-Board Services, a Family-Owned U.S. Based Professional Staffing and Search Firm, is assisting a National Water and Wastewater Utility Management Company client with a search for a Water and Wastewater Operations Supervisor who is responsible for training and overseeing the daily activities of Operators and solving complex operations problems and performing maintenance/operations activities at large water & wastewater treatment facilities. You will be hired as a direct employee with our client and receive access to our client's full employee benefits and offerings.

Do you have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years related experience in the Operations and Management of both Water and Wastewater Treatment Facilities. Yes! Great, keep reading!
Do you have at least a Texas Class B Water Treatment License or the equivalent Water operator license in another state? Yes! This might be for you!
Do you have a Texas Class A Wastewater Treatment License or the equivalent operator license in another state?
"What will I do in this Job?"
As an Operations Supervisor for this Water and Wastewater Utility Management Company client you will oversee operational and maintenance planning, scheduling, and controlling Water and Wastewater Plants of all sizes. When you are not overwhelmed with day to day toubleshooting and dispursing work orders and maintenance items, you will settle down into a desk with a pile full of your favorite daily, monthly, and yearly reports. However, don't get too comfortable, because this is an active position where you will out of your seat and active for most of the day providing technical direction, training employees, and overseeing and improving their repair and installation techniques. In addition, you will help to hire, manage, and coach team members to improve team performance. You will ensure that all Standard Operating Procedures are followed and other DOT, OSHA, and Health and Safety requirements are met. You'll want to hear more about our client.
