Key Responsibilities:
 • Responsible for accurate and timely processing of customer orders
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
• Work with 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider to ensure timely stock allocation to orders, and on-time dispatch of orders
• Work closely with Supply to ensure that product is available to fulfill customer orders on-time and in-full
 • Work closely with Supply, Innovation Planner and 3PL, to ensure that new product launches and major events are delivered flawlessly to the customer
• Ensure accurate maintenance of customer master data
 • Analyze data (forecasted vs shipped) to be able to make further decision • Generate reports where necessary
 • Investigate Logistics’ related deductions (shortages, damages, overages & penalties)
To be successful in this role you must have:
• Experience of regular direct contact with customers (retailers) essential to work in collaboration
• Experience of dealing with major retailers/customers is a distinct advantage
• Experience of order management is essential.
• Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and medium-strong excel skills
 • Proficiency in pivot tables • Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
 • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
 • Ability to negotiate and influence where necessary
 • Detail-oriented and organized
 • Ability to react positively in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
• Collaborative and ability to work in a team environment
 • Quick learner
• 2+ years in Customer Service Representative type role, preferably within FMCG industry
• OTM/SAP – an asset
