This is a 8 Month contract assignment
Location:  Englewood, CO

2 years of payroll experience 


Provides Oracle payroll processing support to multi-state U.S. based employees. Applies knowledge of basic payroll, policies, along with state labor and tax laws to processing pay for employees throughout the US using the business rules governing Legacy CH2M HILL.
  • Moderate to advanced knowledge of personal computers and software. In-house payroll experience a plus.
  • Practical knowledge of payroll processing, general payroll policy, government regulations and tax requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, attention to detail customer service skills and be team oriented.

  • Initiate, maintain and process a wide variety of payroll forms and transactions such as W-4, Direct Deposits, terminations, new hires, transfers, etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, managers, benefits, Corporate Accounting, Project Accounting, Field and Human Resources. Respond to payroll inquiries timely and accurately.
  • Monitor the Payroll Case Management Tool and work cases as appropriate.
  • Check Distribution – sort, copy and prepare payroll checks for priority mailing to job locations\home locations.
  • Assist Garnishment Lead – Mail; filing; scanning; check distribution
  • Other projects as required
