Schedule: 7:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday - Friday

  • High School degree required.
  • College Associate degree or Bachelor degree preferred. Previous executive or administrative experience required.
  • The ability to prioritize with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is necessary.
  • Candidate must have basic knowledge of audio visual technical support.
  • Candidate should have a strong background in customer service while communicating/solving problems with internal and external clients in a fast paced high traffic office.
  • Must be flexible in accepting new roles and responsibilities that are not limited to desk work. Must be able to handle shipping and receiving goods.
  • Must have food order management skills.
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision. 
  • This is a high-level admin position supporting the Skills Training Center managers as well as the center in general.
  • Works primarily independently under limited supervision and many times with a sense of urgency, performs advanced and highly complex administrative/clerical functions including: types letters, memoranda and forms, orders supplies, maintains files, answers telephones, schedules appointments/conferences, makes travel arrangements, meal arrangements, receives visitors and sorts mail.
  • Plans or schedules own work.
  • Must be able to produce accurate results in a high-energy environment in a timely manner.
  • Must be able to multi-task and set priorities.
  • Coordinates and/or takes lead responsibility on special projects requiring advanced skills.
  • Uses business applications software and peripheral equipment.
  • Creates, maintains, updates databases and delivers customized reports on demand.
  • Composes correspondence and reports for supervisor's signature.
  • Reviews written material for accuracy and completeness.
  • May be asked to participate in note taking for several meetings and transcribing minutes for these meetings.
