The Talent Acquisition team is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent.
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator facilitates all operational aspects of the hiring lifecycle.

Using effective communication skills and a strong attention to detail, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator ensures an unparalleled experience for both candidates and hiring teams throughout the hiring process. This role will also include working on various assignments, such as relocation and immigration matters.

This is a 6 month contract role.

  • Schedule and coordinate the interview and hiring process end-to-end
  • Communicate with hiring managers and candidates to coordinate and schedule complex interview schedules involving multiple interviewers
  • Manage day-of logistics including conference room setup, security notification, lunch set-up, and triaging of any unexpected schedule or room conflicts
  • Generate external and internal offer letters, and send to candidates via DocuSign
  • Administer and oversee global background checks
  • Monitor employee referrals, reach out to referral candidates via ATS, and process referral bonuses as necessary
  • Facilitate the onboarding process by processing new hires in payroll system
  • Process interview-related expenses timely and follow up with Finance as needed
  • Administer Candidate Care survey and net promoter score
  • Accurately track new hire data in Excel spreadsheet, and additionally, track any Health Care Providers (HCPs) for Sunshine Act Reporting purposes
  • Initiate relocations with relocation vendor, and respond to questions as necessary
  • Responsible for managing immigration cases, and completing various tasks as requested by immigration legal firm
  • Ideally 2+ years of professional work experience in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Advanced understanding of all Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Outlook
  • Prior experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus
  • Experience with scheduling meetings in a corporate environment
  • Prior experience working on an HR/Recruiting team is a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree
