Job Description:
Onboard PMO Currently works with many top Fortune 100 companies. We are looking for a polished business development executive who can drive new business into our existing framework. This opportunity will be located out of the Columbus, OH office but will have no regional or geographic business restrictions.

Must Have:
  • Sales / Business Development experience with extensive background in the Staffing Business
  • Experience with VMS, MSP or other clients is preferred.
  • Expert in "getting past the gate keeper” who can open the doors to mid-market business.
  • Polished sales professional. Communication and professionalism must be exemplified at all times.
  • Must be a driven – self-starter type who is motived through success and breaking down barriers.
  • Must be willing to pick up the phone and develop business and relationships.
  • Mid-Market experience. Working with small to medium tiered businesses to develop a relationship with clients that fit our business model.
  • Minimum 5-7 years sales experience, BB or industry related preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing new accounts and new business revenue.
  • Strong prospecting and lead development, with proven success moving prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Proficient in word, excel and power point.
  • Ability to develop research based sales presentations with client benefits.
  • Excellent organizational skills, must be able to work Independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Longevity with previous sale positions.
  • Active in community and industry related events.
  • Relationship skills with the proven ability to build trust with clients.

This opportunity has uncapped potential. It's essential that this person must be able / willing to pound the pavement, make targeted presentations, and phone calls to develop business. You will be responsible for sourcing potential clients, building relationships and closing business. This person MUST be able to develop their own book of business.
This is not an Account Management opportunity. This person must be able to get out in the field and build relationships and be an OnBoard brand advocate. Ownership of the process is a must. You will have an opportunity to lead our development efforts and offerings to new clients.
This is a Salaried + Commissions opportunity with the opportunity for untapped growth potential. This position is benefits eligible. Must be able to pass a background / drug test upon offer of employment.
