Project Manager (System Test)

The Consultant will develop and maintain documentation and assist in managing and testing the system.

  1. Develop System Test Plan for the Tracking System.
  2. Develop and maintain test schedule and identify/mitigate schedule risks
  3. Coordinate efforts with internal departments
  4. Generate Test Reports and present metrics for senior management
  5. Coordinate and facilitate Test review and defect meetings
Documents detailing:
  1. Develop test plans and schedules
  2. Develop test cases/scenarios
  3. Defect tracking and correction
  4. Develop quality metrics/statistics
  5. Test Status Report

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical area (Engineering, Computer Science, etc)
  • Minimum of 5 years of system test experience
  • Excellent oral, written, presentation, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 2013 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project version 2010 or higher
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Visio for flow charts/process flows version 2010 or higher
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute in a high-pressure environment

Critical Key Requirements

  • Manage and participate in performing System Testing
  • Facilitate test/defect review meetings
  • Develop Test Schedules and Test Reports
  • Excellent oral, written and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance principle's in documenting of defects and ensuring closeout of all defects
  • Proficient with MS Project 2010 or higher
  • Knowledge of networking and Wi-Fi communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
