Afternoon Shift: 3:30pm – 11:30pm

Course Design, Development, Delivery and Maintenance of training material and courses. Course/Session Facilitation and instruction. Delivery preparation of identified Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other potential Instructors. Provide Learning and development consulting that include and are not limited to: adult learning principles, content development, delivery strategies, instructor preparation, material development, etc.

Industrial Electricity & Electronics

Requirements:
Bachelors +3-5 years experience.
Work in team environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe, Outlook.

Must have:
Electrical Background
Experience in Electric engineering
Experience with Adult training/education
Teaching/Training for 4 years
Experience in curriculum design

Description:
-1, 2, & 3 sections of training/classes
-1-is 8 weeks of book training- then students have on the job training
-2- is 7 to 8 weeks of book training –then students have on the job training-then are tested
-3-is 6 weeks book work- then hands on training
-Over all testing to pass class
-About 6 student a class
