Master Data Analyst

We are seeking a Master Data Analyst who manages various data elements and/or values for assigned innovation, brand maintenance, and supply chain programs

  • Work with a variety of cross-functional groups (Manufacturing, Accounting, Finance, Distribution, Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, etc.) to collect, organize, check, and submit data elements that will then be loaded into SAP.
  • Serve as the project manager for all required data gathering activities within assigned projects: creating deadlines, communicating to those deadlines, and holding individuals in accountable to meeting project deadlines.
  • Create and document replicable and scalable processes for data gathering exercises that can be implemented on future projects. Communicate and implement process improvement opportunities with leadership.

Works with Functional Data Steward and technical SMEs to
o Identify changes to master data processes that could better serve the business
o Identify changes that drive efficiency & improve data accuracy
o Determine how to measure data accuracy
o Develop a program to improve data accuracy, at time of loading and ongoing
o Create Service Level Agreements
o Propose possible dashboard KPIs
o Prioritize projects when demand exceeds the capacity
o Develop means of forecasting master data workload and create process changes to level workload

All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
  • At least three years of progressive professional experience in a business analyst or project management role required
  • Professional experiences managing detailed and complex data strongly preferred.
  • Experiences in Supply Chain, Product Development, Commercialization, or Data Management desirable
  • SAP EEC experience is a must
  • PMP or similar certification desirable

- 6 month contract.
- Position located in Louisville, CO with potential for local travel to other Client facilities (e.g., Broomfield)
