Marketing Analyst I

Provides support to marketing and sales teams regarding inquiries or customer issues related to ordering, tracking and delivery of products and services; pricing and contracting questions, including quotes for capital products; and assisting with important system inputs to give customers faster access to our products. This role works collaboratively with marketing and the field sales organization, as well as with Demand Planning, Customer Logistics Services, the Customer Care center and other critical partners in the supply chain organization. Pivotal to the success of the candidate will be his/her ability to develop effective working relationships with these internal stakeholders. The candidate must be able to work autonomously, be detail-oriented, and be persistent in following through on requests.
The candidate chosen for this role will be expected to:
Intake customer, field sales and marketing requests, identify the appropriate follow up activity and log/track each request
Partner with the appropriate internal function to resolve the request, seeing each through to satisfactory conclusion
Communicate independently, both proactively and reactively, with the necessary parties to obtain and transfer all needed information to gain issue resolution
Answer pricing and contracting questions from field associates quickly and accurately
Complete Med Approved / Greenlight system submissions for Energy products
Facilitate capital trade-in process
Develop strong, working relationships with internal partners.
Identify possible process improvements, make recommendations, and assist with implementation, as appropriate.
Participate in team meetings, conference calls, and other communications activities necessary to have all the needed information to successfully execute the role.
Additional related responsibilities, as appropriate.

2 year Associate's degree required
4 year Bachelor's degree preferred (degree in business or related field is preferred.)
A minimum of 5 years experience required
Experience in supply chain or customer service organization is preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, including time management and structured thinking in process-oriented settings.
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software proficiency is required.
