The Change Management Specialist handles a variety of assignments related to preparing Authority leadership, employees, and the public for changes to the client as a whole, or for specific divisional changes, including processes, procedures, and enterprise systems.

Work activities include analyzing stakeholders and business processes for change initiatives, developing change management-related communications campaigns, coordinating and facilitating user engagement activities (such as user group meetings and the user conference), writing end-user documentation, and designing and delivering training. The Change Management Specialist may also help with developing graphics and with updating and maintaining websites.

Education Requirements: BS or higher

REQUIRED SKILLS (7 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN EACH)
  1. Experience in a change management, communications, training, documentation role, with express or implied business analysis duties
  2. Excellent written and spoken communication skills: able to write and speak in a clear, approachable, and professional style
  3. Excellent people skills. Able to interact professionally and constructively with leadership and other employees, even under challenging circumstance
