Scope of Project:
This project is an enterprise project for manufacturing, following the international standard of ISA-95. This is a ground floor opportunity to define, design and build system solutions on top of industrial strength platforms. The technical platform for ERP could be a package or an open source ERP. Not very often is there an opportunity to design and implement from a full functioning bottom (Level 1, 2, 3) to the top (Level 3 and 4) of ISA-95.

Required
  • At least five years as an enterprise data/object modeler for OLTP data structures
  • Strong to expert level skills within the data architecture discipline possessing strong professional level knowledge of data design and organization.
  • Expert level SQL Skills and data migration techniques and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and data integration.
  • Strong knowledge of development environments, working with business analyst, developers and quality assurance business analysts.
  • Strong implementation and planning skills for implementing solutions and migrating through the SDLC (development, stage, production).
  • Knowledgeable and capable of implementing parallel techniques to keep existing system's data current while migrating and implementing new system solutions within stages.
  • Self-starter with ability to lead business and technical people to define data requirements.
  • Proven track record for influencing data architect decisions and building comradery with team members.
  • Great interpersonal skills to communicate with all levels of business and manufacturing personnel.

  • Ability to work with business users to interpret use of data, defining the business rules associated with the attribute.
  • Ability to analyze existing data structures from numerous different sources.
  • Ability to design a common data structure to accommodate all functionality needs that can be verified, understood by business users and consumed efficiently through technology.
  • Ability to convert, reconstruct data into a common structure within attention to detail and integrity.
  • Create SQL and processes to convert and migrate data.
  • Ability to articulate tasks required to evolve data.
  • Possess transactional data processing skills as well as business intelligence skills.
