Business Analyst I

  • Execute, improve, and develop metrics used to support the Revenue Reconciliation COE, Financial Reporting, Trade Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain Management Teams
  • Perform root cause analysis on revenue issues and escalate to Revenue COE, Reverse Logistics COE and Credit Risk Management as appropriate. Lead and/or participate on projects/initiatives to improve cash flow, reduce deductions, and streamline manual processes
  • Utilize process excellence tools & technology to identify account revenue trends and partner internally & externally to resolve
  • Implement process improvements through cross functional collaboration to drive achievement of organizational metrics and individual account goals
  • Manage and balance key business relationships with passion and understanding of customer expectations and internal policies/requirements
  • Generating data from sap for creation of department metrics
  • Must have strong competency in all microsoft applications i.e. (outlook, excel, powerpoint) and will develop competency in business applications such as: sap, business warehouse, and external vendor portals
  • Will ensure timely and accurate reporting of metrics
  • Will identify, analyze, and implement financial savings opportunities while collaborating with external 3rd party vendors (i.e inmar/cls, etc.)
  • Will manage and direct requests and inquiries from internal & external business partners
  • Will learn and utilize new technology to drive root cause analysis and problem resolution relating to individual/team metrics. Key performance indicators for this role include weekly outstanding deduction reporting, monthly outstanding deduction dollars, incoming and aged deduction resolution.
  • Responsible for the timely and accurate compilation of supporting documentation for on-going audit requests.
  • Complete other related revenue management activities as assigned.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions through the use of process excellence tools, methodologies and technology
  • Drive process improvements that impact deduction management and dashboard measures. Participate on customer specific initiatives and department tactics. Complete other process and project activities as assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • 4 Year Undergraduate Degree (preferred)
  • Minimum 2-4 Years Work Experience
