POSITION TITLE: Campaign Capabilities Delivery Specialist

PURPOSE:


The Campaign Capabilities Delivery Specialist supports the introduction and platform training for new capabilities, executes capability activities, collaborates with technical staff to design and implement solutions and scales and incubates new capabilities that enhance the operational platform of capabilities across Patient and HCP Digital Marketing. The Campaign Capabilities Delivery Specialist provides guidance to Campaign Specialists on new ICM functionality via coordinated efforts with the Campaign Relationship & Operations owner. They document change management and enablement needs and provide for the training of Campaign Management platform users on new/required procedures related to Adobe Campaign or capabilities delivery. They will take direction and seek guidance from the Capabilities Lead to leverage new sources of data and tools to better support operations and reporting and enables strategic improvements of the customer experience. Lastly, the Campaign Capabilities Delivery Specialist will cross-pollinates best practices and process innovations across the organization.

RELATIONSHIPS:

Reports to the Senior Manager Platforms and Capabilities. The position interacts with multiple NNI internal functions, such as DMO Operations, IT Application Support, Campaign QA, Strategic Capabilities, Emerging Technologies, Marketing Operations, as well as external operational vendors and agencies.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Participate in relevant user groups across ICM platform to identify future state capabilities and manage the planning and implementation of prioritized enhancements
  • Leverage the DMO project tracking and management portal
  • Work with Campaign QA to identify and report Incidents and work with Campaign Planning Managers and Campaign Operations Specialists to resolve issues
  • Assist in monitoring quality metrics and reporting, test integration of new development with the technical solution, and support monitoring end-to-end and rendering testing
  • Inform the test plan creation and execute test plans through reviews, signoff, and reports
  • Supervise and execute early and post production UAT scripts for website integrations
  • Generate ongoing metrics and reporting and test integration of new developments
  • Collaborate with Campaign Quality & Integration Lead to identify and escalate issues and monitor program metrics
  • Communicate cross-functionally with Campaign Operations Specialists to identify Incidents and resolve issues
  • Manage strategic collaboration and information-sharing between Campaign Quality & Integration, Campaign Planning, and Campaign Operations Teams



KEY SUCCESS FACTORS: EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, IT, Digital Marketing or related field
  • Project Management or PMP Certification desired
  • A minimum of 10 years of patient/HCP marketing, database marketing, CRM, account management, project management and/or other related roles
  • Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals
  • Prior hands-on experience with operational campaign management programs that involve data integration with digital channels
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-faceted, complex CRM programs both internally and with external partners/suppliers
  • Experience operationalizing email marketing, direct mail, data entry, telemarketing (inbound and outbound), and digital marketing programs
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and influence cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
  • Experience with MS Office products, including MS Project, Project On–Line and SharePoint
