We are seeking an HR Compensation Consultant with HR Shared Services. This will be an 8-month contract position.

The contract HR Compensation Consultant will support the organization as an individual contributor by providing analytical expertise for compensation initiatives to ensure alignment with business goals. This role will implement and support programs, processes, and tools that align with an effective employee, people manager and business partner experiences in relation to the compensation function.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • General benchmarking, pay and job grade evaluations
  • Sales Incentive Award data scrub/calculations support
  • Communication support (award statement generation, distribution)
  • Annual Salary Review benchmarking preparation and process support
  • Report generation (HRIS), analytics in support of various projects
  • Support the documentation & rollout of a Compensation policy manual
  • Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with compensation practices and theory
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel)
  • Proven ability to build effective partnerships and communicate complex concepts in simple terms
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of HR programs and connections
  • HRIS experience (preferably Workplace and/or SuccessFactors)
  • At least 5 years experience in HR and/or compensation management
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Completion or progress toward CCP or CHRP designation preferable
