Job title: Trade Customization Process & Operations Analyst

We are seeking an Operations Analyst who will be responsible for the tactical planning, activity timeline management, implementation tracking and execution of the network changes associated with our Trade Customization Supplier Network strategy while maintaining excellent customer service. This individual will coordinate and prepare phasing plans, documentation, specifications, artwork files, tooling, and equipment readiness to ensure successful transitions across our supplier network.

Additional responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop and execute corrugate materials run-out/phase-in plans for club SKUs
- Develop and coordinate Club finished good phasing for transitions of every day and rotation SKUs
- Obtain/Manage quotes/pricing to implement/track updated pricing on all SKUs
- Specification/work instruction preparation for sharing with suppliers
- Master Data setup coordination for site and supplier changes
- Supplier performance measurement implementation for turnkey suppliers

The Trade Customization Process & Operations Analyst will partner with Trade Customization team members across Operations, Club & Display project planners, Master data, Supplier Management, as well as Project Management, Source and Suppliers to implement the network strategy on time.

REQUIREMENTS

This candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree. A minimum of 3 years of general business experience is required. 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, Project Management, Customer Service, Procurement and/or internal operations is preferred. Knowledge of production planning, current industry standards, market trends for promotional display and packaging designs is preferred. Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excellence tools, training and/or certification is preferred. Experience with SAP is preferred. Project Management preferred. Experience with Excel is required and experience with Microsoft Project is preferred. Consumer Products Industry experience is preferred. Experience in Manufacturing, Transportation, Distribution, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and/or Contract Sites is preferred.

The ability to communicate, both written and verbal, and interact and collaborate effectively across many internal departments is required. This candidate will have the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret large amounts of data is required. The candidate will be able to travel 10% of the time domestically as required by the business.
