We are seeking a Change Management Consultant who will lead the design, development, and delivery of courses, as well as the management of training metrics and resources in support of the company's strategic integration project. All learning strategies must be aligned to deliver the integration project, drive immediate end-user performance and proficiency, strengthen organizational performance and resilience, and develop critical skills, knowledge, and capabilities. This position will partner with multiple cross-functional teams to maintain focus on the training and learning needs of the business.


  • Support the change management strategy and plan which at a minimum includes plans for stakeholder identification and sponsorship management, communications, training and organizational readiness assessment. Integrate content of communication, training and change activities to ensure focus on behavioral change.
  • Manages the design, development, and roll-out of learning content including delivery of selected courses
  • Identifies gaps between ideal and actual performance required to meet organizational business needs and determine performance deficiencies; aligns learning solutions with business goals
  • Measures and analyzes the effectiveness of learning and performance improvement solutions and identifies immediate opportunities to improve outcomes, with an emphasis on performance metrics including behavioral change, overall readiness for operations, and business results
  • Performs general program support in a proactive manner to ensure successful learning events, including acting as a point of contact for programs and answering logistical and content related questions
  • Manage external vendors who supply content and delivery expertise to support Client North America curriculum
  • Work with other project team members to gather and analyze detailed information about the process design and the impact on the roles and the organizations affected (for example, information on the transactions owned by particular roles).
  • Identify human and organizational risks and propose mitigating actions/responses
  • Understand the significance of the changes within the functional areas to further improve training effectivity.
  • Support the management of and promotion of realistic expectations of the organization with regard to new systems and processes, e.g. capabilities, features, etc.
  • Complement project communications strategy and generate communications deliverables as assigned
  • Generate and maintain advocacy at the executive level of the respective organizations and stakeholder buy-in for the implementation project.
  • Support the impacted businesses with direction, expertise, guidance, information and detailed training frameworks, where appropriate, to ensure that they can conduct the necessary activities to minimize organizational risks.
  • Evolves a learning culture at various levels and functions within Client North America Foods as well as embedding a development mindset
  • Acts as a partner with HR and business leaders to provide L&D support to achieve the business objectives
  • Applicants must be willing and able to travel to domestic locations as required.


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development or related discipline highly preferred
  • Advanced degree a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of learning and development experience in a corporate environment
  • Experience with Cornerstone LMS or LMS implementation preferred
  • Experience working with virtual learning platforms and building digital/virtual learning programs a plus
  • Certification or training in Change Management methodologies preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Prior SAP integration or implementation experience

NOTE: This role will be based out of Denver, with regular visits to Broomfield and Louisville. This candidate must be willing to travel domestically, including White Plains and our manufacturing plants. as required. Reasonable parking fees may be expensed.
