Marketing Coordinator

2018 is a transformational year for Human Performance Institute, and we are currently going through a significant rebrand and expansion of the business – in terms of offerings, audiences, and geographies. To aid in this, we are seeking a long-term contractor and ideally looking for someone who has some experience working with Pharmaceutical / within our system, to enable a quicker ramp-up (understanding culture, certain nuances) – but this is not a must.

Role is based in New Brunswick, and would likely involve some travel to Orlando, Florida as needed, as key stakeholders on the team are based there.

Focus on 2-3 key areas, broadly speaking:
• Brand Experience & Rollout
• Project coordination
• Branded materials, assets, & sales support
• Communications & Events
• Managing social media posts/content
• Supporting on/offsite events management
• Digital Marketing
• Analytics support (tracking, dashboard support)
Experience should include:
• Background in marketing, ideally within a matrixed, cross-functional environment
• Strong capability to work with varied stakeholders across the organization and understand needs
• Positive and solution-oriented approach
• Creative and design understanding (ability to use key design software, i.e. Photoshop, Indesign, preferred but not a must)
