Quickly growing 24/7 Service Desk Operation and onsite resources company in the Toms River area is in need of a NetApp LAN Engineer.  This position is responsible for maintaining and providing Tier 3 our clients' networks to keep them running at top performance.  You will serve as the lead resource for IT infrastructure projects and be a key contributor for supporting day-to-day networking processes.  If you enjoy helping clients manage their system assets and reduce down time, this is the job for you!

• Configuration/troubleshooting of NetApp hardware & software.
• Heavy hardware and software support done remotely.
• Working primarily in break/fix type scenarios where a client is down & needs assistance getting their corporate environment back up.
• VMWare ESX, Oracle, Microsoft SQL, and other corporate software knowledge is required
• Heavy involvement with enterprise class systems and storage, virtualization, and development of marketable services relating to these products.
Strong people, presentation and communication skills
Strength in analysis and solution innovation
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a break/fix environment.
•  Experience in a 3rd-party support environment is required
•  Certifications are a plus but not required.
•  Knowledge of multiple platforms is also a plus

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail oriented, have the ability to multi-task, and be able to take initiative when needed. It is also important to have the ability to maintain composure and patience when under pressure.
