RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working closely with the Functional Test Lead to shepherd end to end testing to successful completion
Understand and gather and/or document the "as is” end to end processes in preparation for highlighting the "to be” use cases
Drafting test cases from scrum team user stories/test scripts as well as filling in the gaps from "as is” to "to be”
Understanding test cases to the point where they can demo both to developers and business users
Organize triage meetings with QEs in both E2E testing and UAT
Organize triage meetings with POs/BSAs in both E2E testing and UAT
Share E2E test cases with Business UAT lead
Coordinates UAT with Business UAT lead
Contributes to system changes with configuration updates in pre-production environments, including coordinating data creation and/or manually creating data if necessary
Utilizing various modeling techniques such as process modeling, data modeling, system modeling
Facilitation skills for meeting, requirements, planning and management
Guide internal customers through the entire testing life cycle
Contribute to cross-functional and cross-technical dependency management
Anticipate and communicate blockers, conflicts, and obstacles
Connect-the-dots between business strategies and project deliverables
Demonstrates deep subject matter expertise in the jobs of the business users in scope
Coordinates and contributes to UAT, test execution & defect/change tracking


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

8+ years experience, Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
1+ years experience Salesforce platform knowledge
Data analysis expertise, ideally with SOQL (SQL expertise and/or deep Salesforce reporting experience is also acceptable)
Experience in the following:
Documenting of operational process flows
Owning feature/function test objectives
UAT test planning, execution and management
Troubleshooting, facilitating issue resolution, and suggesting techno-functional workarounds
Stakeholder Analysis identifying the stakeholders who will be impacted by the change and understand their influence and authority levels
Elicitation such as questioning techniques to gather information at the right level of detail and scope to represent all of the stakeholder's needs, and the ability to ask questions that lead to an understanding of the business need rather than what they want
Utilizing various modeling techniques such as process modeling, data modeling, system modeling
Interface analysis, the understanding of technology infrastructure and how it interconnects, including sharing data to achieve a business goal
Writing requirements using different approaches such as use cases and activity diagrams
Communicating requirements including the use of presentation skills and the ability to create a requirements package
Experience in Compensation, Crediting, and/or Opportunity Management
Basic understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies
