ATM Tester Role
Skills and Abilities:
  • Good knowledge on both ATM Software and Hardware Testing concepts.
  • Should be familiar with configuration of ATM Hardware and Software.
  • Shall possess knowledge on various popular brands of ATMs (Diebold, Client, Wincor etc.)
  • Must have experience in configuration of cassettes, EPP, Depository and other devices in the ATM.
  • Should have prior work experience in both SMART and Regular ATMs.
  • Must have experience in Troubleshooting and Diagnosis of various ATM hardware devices/components.
  • Good to have knowledge on Web Service and SOAP UI tool.
  • Shall possess knowledge on various test simulators like Paragon, VISA, Client, Client etc.
  • Management and Maintenance of all ATM terminals on daily basis.
  • Should be able to write detail test cases from customer requirements and document the detail results.
  • Should be able to perform manual testing and knowledge on use of automation test tools.
  • Shall possess knowledge of Test management/Defect management tools like Jira, Client Quality Center, IBM DTS, Confluence etc.
  • Shall possess good knowledge in software testing methodologies (STLC).
  • Should have good Verbal and Written communication skills.
  • Maintain and track test plan and issue register.
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize customer requests with the assistance of other managers to ensure the highest level of service possible to the customer.

  • Financial Services Industry experience in payments space Client/Visa) as well as related Compliance and Regulations.
  • Experience working with a product vendor and/or in implementation of Payments solutions.
  • Knowledge of system integration issues.
  • Good understanding of Card Management (Debit, Prepaid and Virtual) and Reconciliation products, requirements and trends to maintain the solution suite current and compliant.
  • Must have knowledge on:
    • Card Issuance, Transaction Authorization and Settlement
    • Interchange (VISA/Client) Reconciliation & Chargeback & knowledge on related files from Interchanges
    • GL accounting
  • Coordinate, communicate with the client on project related matters.
