Role Profiling
Role Title: SAP S4 Order to Cash Functional Innovation & Transformation Lead
Reporting To: Account Client Director
Location Loveland , CO , USA with 25% travel as required
Role Purpose:

To manage the Plan & Build solutions for the Customer:
Participation on thought Leadership activities, solution ideation & Proof of Concept Build,
Implementation and Support of SAP S4 Order to Cash Business Processes & Applications.

Functional Analyst
  • Manage the implementation of new SAP S4 systems and developments in line with the Customer standards for project management.
  • Recommend & Execute future state architecture and application eco-system
  • Responsible for End to end Solution definition and architecting capability on SAP S4 HANA
  • Drive and Own high-level design workshops and provide guidance and expertise to avoid pitfalls
  • Drive Decision Alignment Workshops.
  • Recommend business readiness criteria and value driver action plans
  • Recommend cloud strategy, specifically around SAP S/4 HANA and other future state architecture
  • Set standards for the SAP delivery and measurement of Business Analysis outputs.
  • Deliver and execute on overall SAP Data Strategy
  • Develop and improve methodologies for the effective development, maintenance and governance of SAP Deployment:
    • Business analysis planning & monitoring
    • Requirements elicitation, management & communication
    • Requirements and process design and analysis
    • Business, functional & non-functional requirements
  • To manage the team of Business Analyst responsible for development of SAP Order or Cash Business Application & Processes
  • Develop metrics to continuously measure report and improve the progress of business analysis
  • Develop and maintain a continuous improvement plan to stay current with Industry best practices.
  • Define and manage the exception and escalation process for non-standard business analysis processes.
  • Support other functional areas and wider partnerships to maximise the opportunities presented by new technology to develop local services
  • To seek continuous improvement in the quality and efficiency of service delivery, value for money and cost effectiveness of the services.

Managerial
  • Plan, estimate and carry out project development work to time and budget and in accordance with appropriate project management methodologies and standards.
  • Management of the Business Analyst Team resources including staff selection, recruitment and development. Monitor works plans and provide advice and guidance relating to staff development ensuring appropriate training is undertaken.
  • Prepare and monitor work plans, in conjunction with other Functional areas, IT colleagues and third party applications development/support providers.
  • Assist the Program Head in the development and maintenance of the Analysis and Transformation framework

Project / Programme Management
& General
  • To deliver day to day activities and projects in a customer focussed and proactive manner
  • Manage complex projects, handling all the relationships with other internal and external customers at all levels
  • Feasibility and project scoping, including business analysis as required - Production of accurate planning/costing estimates for all projects and initiatives - Project setup tasks including timescale/resource planning, risk assessment
  • Compilation of functional/system specification of requirements and subsequent system/service selection, acquisition, implementation and support arrangements. - Organise and co-ordinate any necessary and appropriate resources from technical services and external organisations to meet project requirements
  • On-going risk and issues analysis - In conjunction with the user, define testing/acceptance criteria and other procedural processes
  • Monitoring project progress against defined milestones, and delivered products against defined quality requirements. ensuring compliance with original specification
  • Attend evening committee meetings when requested.

Order to Cash Competencies
  • Exposure to S/4 HANA is a must
  • In depth knowledge of Order to Cash Business Functions of Order Management , Transportation , Distribution, Warehousing , Credit , Sales and Operation Planning
  • In depth knowledge to perform analysis of data flow between various systems/modules, perform Business Process Mapping , perform As-Is Analysis and suggest Best Practices,

  • Preferred Education background in Technology
