Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the execution of HR technology strategies to support business initiatives and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Produce and distribute status reports.
  • Assist in the creation of functional project documentation (business cases, project requirements, scoping) to ensure clarity and accountability to deliverables.
  • Create & maintain project reporting as needed and provide support for projects and planning activities.
  • Configure and generate regular audit reports of data within HCM Cloud.
  • Participate in and support application testing efforts (lead testing efforts, support with writing test scenarios and scripts, etc.)
  • Liaise with workstream leads in support of and configuration of HCM Cloud modules and supporting documentation, as needed.
  • Analyze Cloud portal usage metrics and partner with Work Stream Leads on solutioning to increase participation of the various modules.
  • Provide communication to end users, including employees and managers on upcoming changes.
  • Configure and maintain security in HCM Cloud; run security reports as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, minimum requirement Core HR.
  • Previous experience in transactional Human Resources desired.
  • Experience in administration of human resource systems desired.
  • Experience with supporting acquisition integration efforts desired.
  • Proficiency in various computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project (or an equivalent).
  • Ability to work independently, remotely and cooperatively with business and technical resources is required.
