Customer service and medical billing is a big plus. 

As a key member of the Identity Governance team, this position is responsible for conducting account authentication and authorization assessments. The primary responsibility includes, but is not limited to, the review and remediation of accounts at appliance, application, OS, and/or database layers.

Essential Functions:
• Conduct identity access reviews and manage associated business communications

• Collect and format account listings for system SMEs
• Assess authentication and authorization schemas in support of mapping effective permissions to accounts
• Analyze the business need justifying effective permission sets
• Document and diagram permission schemas
• Perform the translation of technical jargon to "Non-IT” leadership

• Minimum 1 year of related working experience or education
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate with internal/external entities
• Effective leadership skills, demonstrated ability to coordinate people and teams to project/activity completion and the ability to work in a team environment, sharing workloads and responsibilities
• Customer service-oriented Ability to work in a flexible environment where requirements and procedures continuously evolve Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
• Must be able to weigh business needs against security concerns and articulate issues and options to management
• Effective scripting and automation experience preferred
