DTS Performance Analyst

Responsibilities
  • IT Procure to Pay Perform procurement for projects and operations through established and new vendors.
  • Review all department purchase requisitions for compliance and recommend changes to requestors and/or route to appropriate approver.
  • Review, update, and maintains purchase orders until they are closed.
  • Execute goods receipting and coordinate invoice approval process for timely payment and expense recording.
  • Executes renewal management process for IT contract renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams including Procurement, Accounts Payable, and vendors through start to finish of procure-to-pay cycle.
  • Provide IT managers and directors support related to purchasing and invoice processing. Resolve PO-invoice match exceptions.

Work Experience, Qualifications, & Requirements
  • Bachelor degree (or higher) in accounting, finance, MIS, or supply chain preferred.
  • Must have strong computer skills including intermediate Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and exposure to SharePoint.
  • Experience working with SAP is a plus. Work experience in standard accounting cycles (e.g., monthly, quarterly, and year-end) and reporting (e.g., variance explanations, forecasting, etc..) is a plus.
  • Experience in working in an IT Projects environment (an IT PMO, for example) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required; conversant in and familiarity with IT terms and processes is a plus.
  • Meticulous attention to detail; keen focus on work quality and strives to achieve a near zero error rate. Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work, plan, and prioritize efforts independently to meet deadlines.
  • Has the ability to organize a heavy individual workload including the ability to self-prioritize the work and multi-task.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with challenging work assignments and tight deadlines.
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work independently and in a team atmosphere.
  • Self-directed and independent work style while working effectively with a team is also required.
  • Ability to retain information from job training and use it to perform the work while requiring limited management oversight.
  • Ability to understand, create, and document work flows required.
