Role Specific:
• Project coordinate and lead activities to enable the science
• Break activities down into manageable actions and set defined timelines
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to identify and define requirements, scope, and objectives
• Work with Project Managers or a similar role to eliminate delivery blockers
• Prior experience working in cross-functional matrix teams
• Highly collaborative and enjoys working with others to achieve common goals
• High learning intelligence – the ability to learn quickly and efficiently

Essential Functions:
• Responsible for activities of a highly complex nature, which may include small projects involving multiple project work streams, and act as a single point of contact for those activities
• Actively manage small-scale projects directly with varying degrees of complexity.
• Recommend and take action to direct the analysis and solution of problems.
• Communicate with stakeholders on an ongoing basis; estimate resources and participants needed to achieve project goals; draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary; manage multiple projects as necessary
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools; track project milestones and deliverables; develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
• Experience as the go-to-person and single point of contact for a specific process, product, function or system
• Coordinate with IT and department managers to assess and track plans, status, etc. for on-time delivery of critical projects and programs; this includes assisting teams and the project teams in removing impediments and resolving cross-team issues

All required skills will be validated before the interview.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Biopharma, Pharma, BioTech, Mathematics or equivalent.
• 3+ years' experience as a Project Manager or actively working in a coordination role involved with the delivery
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, subject matter experts, internal/external customers and peers
• Demonstrated ability to successfully multiple activities simultaneously – prioritizing multiple activities and adapting to a rapidly changing environment.

Demonstrated Capabilities:
• IT experience to know the right questions to ask to identify potential risks before they transpire. Defines project scopes and objectives. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Analytic, detail-oriented and highly-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills and proven leadership working with diverse and complex projects
• Proven track record in meeting expectations
