Training Administrator

Responsible for IT Training elements of two systems, one regulated and one general. Manage the library of IT training, identifying the best method for creating and administering diverse training types for IT.

Functional Support
• Support the build and maintenance of a central library of links to external, non-LMS training available in central IT Training library or from other sources.
• Support research and sourcing for technical certifications and IT soft skill training.
• Create optimal configurations for role-based curricula, process curricula and technology tracks for IT.
• Support utilization of Learning Management Systems as a subject matter expert, responding to queries or issues from learners and training owners.
• Liaise with Tech Training to triage and support audit-related requests for training data
• Support IT Management in encouraging adherence to training deadlines via reporting or follow-up
• Maintain training process and procedure documentation

Training Administration
• Assign/Administer courses in both learning systems as requested
• Publish and function-test eLearning courses and curricula to the production LMS environment
• Enter instructor-led classes into the production LMS environment
• Process instructor-led registrations, completions, and cancellations
• Maintain content by 3rd party courseware providers and custom content developed in house or by campuses
• Track content updates and course structure enhancements from content vendors.
• Creates the training plan for new employees. Ensures new employees are added to the correct training curriculums in the LMS and receive applicable training assignments based on the new employee's role in the company

Reporting and Compliance
• Runs reports and supports requests for data using the company's document management system and learning management system
• Liaises with Technical Training
• Manages courses, classes, curricula and assignments within LMS
• Supports GxP training records/documents requests
• Runs and delivers reports on training requirements to management as required
• Ensures adherence to GxP training requirements, policies and procedures and provides evidence of compliance via routine reporting
• Performs follow-up activities via email and telephone with internal customers to support the completion of documentation required by the Technical Training Department
