Proactive outreach to owners and other representatives of small and medium commercial businesses, to increase customer satisfaction with this customer base. Representatives will promote existing company programs and services, gather information about possible new programs, and assist with resolution of any customer account or service issues.

Knowledge & Training
Our client is working to improve reliability and customer services. Initiating pilot program to connect with small and medium businesses. End goal to build strong relationships with customers. Candidate will proactively reach out to customers by phone and face to face meetings.
Candidates must have strong communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels.
Will be trained on the basics of the Utility
Plus if candidate can speak multiple languages.
Associates Degree and 2-3 years of experience in similar background.
Bachelors preferred and a plus if candidate can speak multiple languages.
Will be entering data into excel and access. Basic to intermediate excel skills a bonus.
Standard work day will be 9 to 5; at times the schedule may flex. For example; 12 Noon to 7 PM depending on the customer's availability.
Expenses will be reimbursed for mileage and networking events.
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
70 to 80% travel to start

Work Location: Hicksville, NY; heavy field work. Will need valid Driver's License.
