Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator

LMS Administrator needed for a 2 year contract with our client in Brisbane, CA.


JOB DESCRIPTION
  • This position is primarily responsible for updating and maintaining information on the Learning Management System (LMS), helping to ensure that the current training needs of the entire Company are kept compliant and up to date.
  • Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and other administrative practices.
  • Manage the resolution of LMS Helpdesk requests (through IT ticket system, emails and in-person requests) from users throughout the company.
  • Perform necessary system actions in the Learning Management System to carry out requests and run reports.
  • Assist in compiling data for both internal and customer facing reports as needed.
  • Document entry (i.e. training records) and archiving.
  • Attend and participate in weekly / bi-weekly meetings.
  • Other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma required.
  • BS in scientific discipline preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and training staff.
  • Strong computer skills in any learning management software, MS Excel and MS Word.
  • MS PowerPoint preferred.
  • Proven excellent documentation and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
