JOB DESCRIPTION
The Order Entry Associate will play a pivotal role within the Volume Revenue Operations team. This position requires terrific attention to detail, even in the fast paced environment, along with strong communication skills.
• Enter customer data, initial orders and amendments in subscription billing platform for high volume business.
• Maintain data quality supporting efforts including data loading, record de-duplication and related tasks.
• Work collaboratively and build relationships across the organization with Sales Operations and Revenue Recognition.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
• Logical, structured, analytical thinker.
• Precise data entry.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong Excel, accounting ability, analysis and general technical savviness.
• Demonstrated self-starter who can work as part of a team or individually.
• Experience with Zuora or another subscription billing system is a plus.
• Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
