•    Compensation Analyst will consult with assigned business units on issues relating to new positions, equity issues, new hire rates, wage and hour and policy questions.
•    Develops and interprets compensation policies.
•    Provides analytical compensation support to the Compensation Staff through the use of established compensation evaluation systems, analytics, design and reporting.
•    Analyzes and evaluates market surveys to ensure market competitiveness of company positions.
•    Stays current with federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations in order to ensure organization compliance.

•    Bachelor’s degree and / or related work experience to supplement education.
•    Experience with various Compensation Survey tools and systems (i.e. Gartner, Mercer).
•    3 to 5 years’ experience in Compensation preferred.
•    Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
•    Project management experience and the ability to lead large projects.
•    Proven ability to consult / influence / negotiate with leadership in implementation of compensation policies and practices.
