The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs. The HR Manager is responsible for department processes, employee relations, benefits, recruitment, facilitating annual performance reviews and acts as back for payroll.
• Update Employee Handbook and policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to management.
• Conduct investigations based on workplace complaints.
• Oversee full cycle recruiting including job posting, screening, interviewing and completing new hire processes.
• Ensure the proper on-boarding of new employees by conducting new hire orientation.
• Manage the termination process.
• Partner with legal and management to ensure Worker's Compensation cases are properly managed, documented and driven to completion in accordance to state and federal regulations.
• Manage leave of absence process.
• Manage the semi-annual and annual performance reviews.
• Work on special projects as assigned by VP of HR.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred.
• 5+ years of human resources experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• PHR preferred.
• Knowledge of ADP Work Force Now.
• Sound administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a timely and efficient manner and anticipate critical deadlines.
• Current knowledge of employment law, industry trends, new developments and state and federal statutes regulating human resources functions.
