About this Role
Trianz has dedicated teams deployed across its largest and most important clients, comprised of Client Partner, Business Engagement Leads and Business Solution Architects. The role of this team is to be the Voice of the Client and position Trianz as a Professional Services Organization focused on Infrastructure, Cloud, Analytics, Digitization, and Security (ICADS) leading execution for business and technology sponsors.
As a member of a dedicated team, the key responsibilities of the Business Solution Architect will be:
  • Evangelization of Trianz capabilities, specializing in Information Management, Analytics, Data Sciences to potential Business and IT sponsors
  • Listen to business and technology sponsors about problems, issues, challenges they experience within their functional domain
  • Analyze to develop Point Of View (POV) collaboratively and articulate how technologies within your specialized areas can be used to solve these challenges
  • Effectively manage the opportunity cycle, from Lead to Close (POV creation, Proposal development, estimation, execution planning, budgets, etc), under guidance from the Client Partner and in collaboration with rest of Client team/respective Practice teams
  • Develop and execute strategies effectively to grow Trianz presence and relationships in your area of specialization at the client
  • Supervise formation of teams and transition/oversee delivery responsibilities as appropriate
  • Be available to support growth initiatives at other client
Presales Responsibilities
  • Creation of collateral - Proposals and Proposal Presentation material
  • Designing Analytics solutions and strategies in alignment with the overall response approach
  • Researches on industry trends and creates customer heat maps for the Analytics practice for various offerings. Anticipates technology and/or market trends and provides guidance on their application to external clients and feedback of business requirements back into Business Development and Marketing teams
  • Owns the opportunity creation to deal closure process - Ensure that all Analytics projects are effectively scoped, and estimated correctly and internally signed off before submitting the RFP response
  • Works with the sales and marketing teams to continuously review and refine the practice collaterals and train the sales teams on these offerings
  • Works with client and business development teams to create the opportunities in the Analytics space, and follows up to closure
  • Works with the Inside Sales teams to generate leads and converts them to opportunities
  • Ideates and creates business solutions
Experience:
  • 10-15 years of experience in a global technology consulting organization
  • Deep knowledge and expertise in Analytics & Information Management
  • Must understand / have experience in:
  • Management Analytics, Big Data, Dashboards, and Data Warehouses
  • With deep technology/architecture/solution development in or exposure to:
    • C-Level BI Initiatives,
    • Hadoop on Cloud, Other Big Data
    • BU/Function Level DB / DWH Reports and design
    • Traditional BI platforms and initiatives
    • Data Lakes
    • MDM
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in:
  • Opportunity management cycle
  • Facilitating client workshops, discussions, and discovery / solution design sessions
  • Working knowledge of the core technologies in the practice and full life cycle delivery experience
  • Superior client facing and relationship skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, grow and develop a team
  • Big picture thinking in global practice, global delivery, and technology
  • Excellent listening, framing, articulation/communication skills
  • Primarily motivated through the achievement of client success and Trianz growth
  • Degree in Engineering, MBA preferred
Relevant certifications in expertise area.
