This role supports a Sales & Marketing Technology Manager to configure, maintain and support Salesforce system, other related data and related applications. The Salesforce Admin & Data Management person will help build systems and process to accomplish business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Expansion of Salesforce functionality & objects: utilizing background on working with multiple Salesforce instances to propel us forward with standard & custom Salesforce objects to help us meet our business objectives. Participate in vendor meetings when projects go outside of this roles expertise as requested.
  • Manage Salesforce Reports and Dashboards: to support Sales and Marketing initiatives and programs.
  • End-user Data integrity: Conducts reviews of end-user data to identify commonalities, discrepancies, relationships, redundancies; highlights discrepancies or corrects/updates data as directed. Coordinate and facilitate data identification reviews and correction projects
  • Distributor Territory Management/Integrity: Assists with territory change reviews to ensure that the territory ownership is managed, highlight issues, updated properly. Ensure that contracted territories match across other systems.
  • Support the Business in Salesforce development and partner with other divisions to learn, teach and coordinate creation creation/ expansion efforts.

Position Requirements:
BA/BS desired, Salesforce Admin certification.
At least 3+ years' experience with Salesforce.
Experience with Sales teams using Opportunities, consultative approach to understanding requests for technology changes, and experience with field service/case management is desired.
Strong Communications skills: both verbal and in writing.
Experience being a Salesforce Admin, Experience with Access and Advanced Excel skills.
