Program Manager

The Program Manager will be responsible for several IT projects. Will oversee all aspects of assigned projects to ensure completion within the defined scope, quality time and cost.

List of Responsibilities:
-Collaborates closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, priority and resources.
-Translates information into clearly documented detailed requirements and functional specifications.
-Creates, manages and update project plans including risk management plans, communication plans, budgets and other related project documentation.
-Tracks the status of all projects and manage escalations.
-Facilitates routine project status meetings including executive briefings.
-Updates and reviews reports for all projects.

Experience and Educational Background:
-Bachelors Degree and 5-7 years of industry experience as part of IT Management.
-Previous PMO experience strongly preferred with demonstrated knowledge of full lifecycle project management.
-Experience using standard project tools including Microsoft Project.
-Working knowledge of business analysis documentation standards.

Leads teams composed of various levels of staff, vendors and clients to create and deploy successful programs.
-Must be well organized, detail oriented, strategic and possess strong problem resolution skills.
