* * * Multiple Openings! * * * The Help Desk Tech(s) will take calls from the customer and will follow customer processes to resolve issues. Hardware will be provided and maintained per customer processes.
 
Help Desk Support Services:
  • Answer incoming calls from authorized end users
  • Resolve issues following customer-provided standard operating procedures
  • Document issues and resolution in the ticketing system
  • Expedite issues that are unable to be fixed at the help desk
  • Maintain the incoming call announcement
