Deskside Support AV Technician

The Deskside Support AV Tech will provide technical support for our high-visibility client’s online classrooms. Now, as they expand the use of online classes, our client needs additional staff with solid deskside skills.
 
Overview:
  • Support the online classrooms, ensuring every participating can log on quickly and that there are no issues with participants or technology
  • Troubleshoot and make sure everyone is connected
  • Will be primarily using we-connect and Zoom
Requirements:
  • Solid deskside technician support skills
  • Experience with we-connect and Zoom
  • Strong focus on customer service - they will be dealing with CEOs and executives, as they are who the classes are designed for
  • Experience supporting online meetings
  • Curious about technology, especially AV technology
  • Must be local to the Boston / Cambridge area so they can go onsite as required
