Desktop Support Technician - 100% Remote

We have an immediate opportunity for two highly interpersonal Remote Desktop Support Techs. These assignments are for telephone help desk support & are expected to be 2 to 3 months in duration. Candidates will be assisting primarily with Windows 10 and Office 365 issues.
 
TOP 3 required skills that candidates must have are 1) Windows 10, 2) Office 365, and 3) the ability to communicate effectively.
 
Overview:
  • Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues on network infrastructure and internal desktop systems
  • Customize communication, instructions, and product knowledge to the level of the individual
  • Determine the most cost-effective repair to minimize customer downtime
  • Prepare reports for analysis
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of related experience, or AA degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A+ certification
  • Solid experience and understanding of IT services and products
  • Ability to transform technical IT language into terms everyone understands
  • Relatable with customers and impeccable with follow-through
