We’re currently seeking an A+ Certified Desktop Support Tech to support users at a large customer site and handle requests, incidents, and tasks. Candidates need have extensive hardware and software repair experience, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and also flexibility with regard to the work schedule as needed.
 
The ability to speak both English and Spanish and/or experience using ServiceNow will be given preference.
 
Work schedule will be Monday-Friday, but the hours may vary from 7-4, 9-6 or 10-7, 11-8. Overtime may be possible and eventually the tech would be on-call rotation.

Overview:
  • Solve a broad range of day-to-day onsite technical issues on network infrastructure and internal desktop systems
  • Customize communication, instructions, and product knowledge to the level of the individual
  • Determine the most cost-effective repair to minimize customer downtime
  • Prepare reports for analysis
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of related experience required
  • Very strong hardware and software repair skills
  • A+ certification required
  • Bilingual English and Spanish a big plus
  • ServiceNow experience a big plus
  • Must be able to adapt as needed in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and ability to multitask
  • Communication skills – ability to adapt technical IT language into terms everyone understands
  • Not intimidated by problems you’ve never seen before – confidence is key!
