This position will work directly with the client to assist in their support of the Cornerstone onDemand (CSOD) learning management system (LMS). This role serves as an LMS subject matter expert to perform troubleshooting, learning content uploads, creating reports/analytics, and general administration support. The position requires that the candidate interact daily with clients and team members. In addition, this position will fulfill all day-to-day tasks in receiving and fulfilling all LMS administration tasks and requests received from the client. Response and fulfillment of tasks will be achieved within timeframes and during coverage hours pre-defined by the appropriate support and
administration contracts with those clients.
Tasks include, but are not limited to the following:
Participate in client project meetings as a CSOD LMS coordinator
Receive requests for LMS assistance from client company contacts, their help desk providers, end-users and other pre-determined audiences, such as third party intermediaries
Receive and perform LMS Coordinator functions for the client. Those functions include but are not limited to:
eLearning course testing
Report creation and running
Manipulate and analyze report
Assigning training to users
Modifying users groups
Removing training from users
General LMS support
Maintenance of client forms and files
Process tracking and documentation
Compliance training experience in a pharmaceutical setting
2 years of Learning Management System (LMS) experience (Cornerstone OnDemand LMS experience a plus)
Strong problem solving, project management, time management, organization and prioritization skills.
Analytical and detail oriented.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities concurrently with minimal supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
The position will be located remotely. Candidate is expected to have the proper equipment to participate in phone meetings, on site meetings, email and system access.
