Integration Lead

NTT DATA's Client is looking for a seasoned Integration Lead with 10+ years of relevant experience in integration (SOA and ESB), with a background in Java, web services/SOA and ESBs, to work on and lead development projects related to interfaces, health-rules, data migration and analysis.
• Lead a development team comprised of Integration Analysts and Integration Developers on complex implementations of Health Rules for a Client.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Design, develop, code, test and debug complex integration solutions for client implementations.
• Participate in Sprint sessions following agile methodology.
• Assist in capturing client requirements and integration needs.
• Fast paced environment, must be able to shift priorities and continue to inform and update leadership of progress and status.
• Analyze data and provide expertise to understand the client needs for ESB implementation, covering integrations, migrations and reporting.
• Manage time effectively, communicate status accurately to stakeholders and project managers.
• Performing all job functions consistent with NTT Data client policies and procedures.
• Experience in PHI and PII data management.
* Must be able to design and implement technical solutions in Integration technologies.
* Must have experience with requirements gathering, analysis, design and development.
* Must have experience with handling customer and other third party vendors effectively.
* Must have problem solving ability to provide solutions to complex and new business problems.

• 3+ years in the healthcare industry
• Exceptional written and oral communications with direct experience managing communications with senior leadership, project sponsors, and stakeholders
• Experience with all phases of software testing (Functional, Integration, Regression, User Acceptance and Release Management)
* Must have experience US Healthcare Payer Domain,inlcuding but not limited to EDI, Health Rules, Claims processing, Eligibility etc.
* Must be able to design and implement technical solutions in Integration technologies.
