NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Clinical Application Systems Senior Analyst with 10+ years of experience working on Ambulatory, Clinical, Financial or Revenue Cycle Applications. Will be responsible for working with customers in the design, support and maintenance and deployment of applications as well as the information support processes. Diagnose and resolve complex problem management and provide guidance to other team members. Participates in the deployment of new modules, upgrades, fixes and new installations. Participates in design, build and implementation and for low to moderate complex changes executes transition to operations. Develops test plans for new application functionality from application/technical support perspective. Collaborates with the business solutions, Quality Assurance Center and clinical community for functional testing. Develops overall project task list for application system analysis, estimates and resource plans for small to medium scale projects. Day to day interactions with user community and works collaboratively with multiple clinical and IT Stakeholders as it relates to Problem Management, and Project delivery on small to medium size projects. Participate in 24x7 on-call support schedule.
Responsible for working and leading the clinical and other IT areas in the design, development, support, maintenance and deployment of functional applications as well as information support processes. Leads team in problem resolution activities. Develops knowledge management strategies and problem reporting and resolution to be used by both the customer and team. Generates activity and status reports. Oversees the request fulfillment functions of the team. Performs Quality Review of Knowledge artifacts for new system implementations. May lead the deployment of new modules, upgrades, fixes and new installations. Executes transition to operations functions for moderate to highly complex, enterprise solutions. Leads the development of test plans, including robust test cases from application/technical support perspective. Collaborates with the Clinical Solutions Analyst, Quality Assurance team and clinical community for functional testing. Interfaces with customers on service level agreements (SLAs), monitors and reports on deviations. Develops overall project task list for application system analysis, estimates and resource plans for medium to large scale projects and enterprise programs. Day to day interactions with user community and works consistently with all levels of the clinical and IT Stakeholders as it relates to Problem Management, and Project Delivery of medium to highly complex enterprise scale projects. Seeks opportunities for improvement in adherence to SLA's and Customer Satisfaction. Understanding and adherence to policies and procedures.
Experience with Midas as a Midas System Administrator: maintaining system, training staff, managing access, fulfilling requests for customization via Focus Studies, dictionaries, developing workflows utilizing Midas+ for requesting departments, writing all user reports. Experience in Healthcare Quality Improvement, Clinical Applications. Experience at Auditor level in Cerner to support development of new and support of existing interface. Clinical experience required. 7+ years' experience working in the healthcare/medical environment required.
