Business Analyst/Project Controller

Summary
The Business Analyst/Project Controller is a seasoned business analyst with project management and control expertise with experience performing business analysis and managing IT project prioritization. Responsibilities will include performing systems analysis and managing project priorities, processes, templates and reporting. This person will work closely with the client and NTT DATA team to perform business analysis and to plan, track and communicate project status.

Qualifications
3+ years performing business analysis activities
3+ years leading IT projects
3+ years working with technical teams in both Agile and/or Waterfall development processes
Knowledge of best of breed practices and lessons learned from multiple previous engagements of similar size and scope
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work at all levels of the organization in a multi-vendor environment, building consensus and driving results
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
Proficiency in Microsoft Project Plan software
Responsibilities:
Work with clients to define business requirements
Coordinate with the software developers to implement technical solutions to meet client business needs
Implement reporting needs and develop content, structure and cadence
Aggregate project status and prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly executive status report
Develop and manage project artifact archival process


Certifications
PMP Certification is encouraged
ITIL Certification is encouraged
