As a Vendor Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient vendor operations for our products. You will lead the day-to-day vendor operations and effectively manage vendor performance with transparent metrics, data-driven decisions and industry leading vendor management techniques. You will also be responsible for managing and delivering Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the aligned workflows. Our Trust and Safety team has the critical responsibility of protecting Client's users by ensuring online safety by fighting web abuse and fraud across different products. On this team, you're a big-picture thinker and strategic leader. You understand the user's point of view and are passionate about using your combined technical, sales and customer service acumen to protect our users. You work globally and cross-functionally with developers and Product Managers to navigate challenging online safety situations and handle abuse and fraud cases at the client's speed (read: fast!). Responsibilities: Establish and maintain alignment with multiple Trust and Safety product areas.
Lead strategic, complex and/or time-sensitive projects by defining clear objectives, dependencies, risks, owners and follow through mechanisms.
Manage vendor operations and be responsible for medium to large-sized vendor teams and delivering on all SLAs. Run RFI's and RFP's to onboard new vendors
Manage capacity planning based on forecasted volumes and location/language strategy Make process, tools, data and metrics improvements.
Lead the development of the vendor budget for the product functions and site and incorporate input from product functions.
Provide input to vendor selection, forecasting, resource and budget planning for vendor operations.

5 years of experience working in a related area. Experience in vendor, operations or project management and data analysis. Experience in setting up new teams to ramp up evolving workflows with minimum guidance Experience in site transfers or ramping down vendor teams

MBA or similar post-graduate degree.PMP, Six Sigma certification or experience driving process and operational improvements.Experience working with globally managed service providers with knowledge of outsourcing.Experience automating or improving tool functionality through collaboration with Engineering or Program Management teams.Experience in managing and influencing global or cross-functional internal stakeholders
