Project Manager

The Project Manager responsibilities include:
* Manage end-to-end execution for assigned projects and/or specific segments of a larger, complex
* Develop/maintain project plans, initiating implementation programs, creating status reports,
presenting status to senior executives and tracking progress
* Ensure issues/risks are proactively identified, appropriately escalated and include alternative
approaches/mitigation plans and manage to resolution
* Communicate, influence and negotiate both vertically and horizontally to obtain partnership and
engagement required to deliver project deliverables
* Represent the project in various governance and inter-department forums, as appropriate

Required Skills:
* Excellent change management skills, including ability to think end-to-end, process design, business
requirements, employee/operational readiness, testing and implementation
* Excellent project management skills, including the ability to meet deadlines, and manage multiple
priorities without sacrificing quality or timelines
* Excellent analytical and presentation skills
* Excellent communication (written and oral), influencing and facilitation skills
* Ability to lead in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
* Self-motivated, self-directed
* Proficient with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
* 3-5 years change management, project management, PMO, finance or similar experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Desired Skills:
* Regulatory Reporting, Finance Management, Accounting or similar background/experience
* Experience with BAC enterprise change processes and methodologies (Waterfall/Agile)
* Experience with BAC project management tools (i.e., PPRT, Nexus, SharePoint, Discovery)
* Six Sigma, PMP certified
