Projects, like our users, span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus while being able to dive into the unique engineering challenges we face daily.
As a Technical Program Manager , you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders.
You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.

Work as a core team lead to manage large scope projects from initial design concept phase through life cycle of products. Lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and operations functions in the development and support of new technology introductions. Serve as a senior technical advisor for the end-to-end product development process and ensure technical readiness for all phases of the introduction cycle. Identify, prioritize and manage key technical changes and risks of a given product; ensure all technical risks associated with a product are identified and closed or mitigated to enable the quality ramp of a product.

  • BA/BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience 10 years of direct experience working and managing international suppliers and OEM partners
  • 10 years of experience managing a cross-functional team of engineers (design, engineering, manufacturing, DFx, test, QE, SQE, etc.) and others in the development and support of new product introductions
  • Master's or MBA in related field of study
  • 10 years of direct experience working and managing embedded, FW, and Kernel level SW development
  • Comfort navigating ambiguous early stage new technology explorations
  • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
  • Chinese language fluency
