NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Healthcare and Insurance Operations Associate with 1-3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Reviews provider credentials.
  • Compares credentials for dates and  documentation etc. and compares these to a requirement.
  • Reports results and issues to higher level leadership.
  • Resolves issues at the direction of higher level leadership.
 
Requirements:
  • Provides advance support in the areas of problem identification and resolution.
  • Provides the highest level of customer service to internal and external clients to resolve accounts.
 
***Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday (08:00am to 04:30pm EST).  The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements. Additionally, resources may have to do overtime and work on weekend's basis business requirement.
