Positions General Duties and Tasks (Day to Day)
Assess and Document customer's current SCCM environment
Gather customer requirements for future state SCCM environment
Assess and Design customer's future state SCCM environment
Document final As-Built state of customer's SCCM environment
Provide next day support for escalated incident response related to SCCM design implementation
Accurately document issue/resolution processes for other to follow.
Take direction and complete assign migration activities independently.
Follow written and verbal directions, providing feedback when the process does not work properly.
Report Status, issues, and risks to PM for publication
Basic Qualifications
Experience with large scale SCCM upgrades / migrations (3+ years)
Experience Deploying SCCM infrastructure (5+ years)
Experience Designing Enterprise SCCM solutions (5+ Years)
Experience with Large Enterprise SCCM Support (5+ Years)
Business case analysis (5+ years)
Technical writing whitepapers or findings reports (5+ years)
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Proven success under aggressive schedules and ambiguous direction
Strong interpersonal, customer orientation, team interaction, analytical and decision making skills
Travel:Remote Position. May require up to 60% Travel based on customer needs and requirements.
Degree: Bachelor's degree in IT related field or equivalent experience

Windows deployment expertise using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and Configuration Manager OS Deployment (OSD) (5+ years)
A working knowledge of standard client platform administration, configuration, rights management and file access (5+ years)
Knowledge of the Windows registry, interaction of drivers within the OS, and unattended/silent installs of Windows operating systems (5+ years)
In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 enterprise features (3+ years)
