Infrastructure Operations Lead

Client is seeking to position a very seasoned Infrastructure Leader based out of Atlanta GA to be to lead the Infra Operations responsible for:

Accountable for delivering infrastructure services provided by internal & external suppliers
Working knowledge of various cloud technologies & architecture as well as on premises
OS, software, & hardware maintenance including patches, updates, reboots, etc.
Assist in troubleshooting existing infrastructure
Responsible for non-transactional monitoring & alerting for system availability. Splunk, AppDynammics & VROPS
Perform system administrator tasks VMWare, Windows, Linux support
Manage IIS, SSL, Firewall rules, code deployment & change controls Own technical Documentation
Work under minimal super vision & take ownership of infrastructure incidents end to end Create best in class standards, procedures, and processes to drive effectiveness & efficiencies
Management experience and a respected, credible leader in IT operations & Infrastructure Services
Experience in cloud architecture & support
Experience transitioning infrastructure into various global cloud hosting providers
Experience managing remote teams & service providers globally
Individual must be process and customer focused
Results driven with a positive can do attitude
Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills
Highly team oriented Can operate effectively in global networks and across all ACS Functions, SBU's and Enterprise IT organization
Six Sigma / DFSS background with strong analytical skills
Strong technical Infrastructure knowledge and understanding of Honeywell supplier agreements and processes
Understanding of the Honeywell Operating System and lean principles
Proven track record in working effectively with third parties (internal and external) supporting business objectives in a co-sourced model.

Bachelor's/Master's degree in related technology/business areas from an accredited university
In lieu of degree, 5 years' equivalent work experience.
Overall 12+ years of experience in Enterprise IT focused on Infrastructure support
VMware ESXi / vSphere virtualization software, vCenter / vCAC / vCOPS / SRM
VCE VBLOCK Converged Infrastructure
Networking: Cisco Routers, switches, firewalls (ASA) and Loadbalancers (ACE, netscaler)
Microsoft Azure Cloud infrastructure design, management and support
Microsoft Active Directory Design and Management (Server 2008 R2 – 2016, ADFS/SSO/IAM)
Windows Server and SQL 2008 R2, SQL 2012 R2, SQL 2014, SQL 2016 failover clustering
PKI/SSL certificate management and automation (venafi)
Backup and Disaster Recovery (Tape, D2D, Veeam, NetBackup, BackupExec, VMware vSphere Dataprotection, SRM)
Cyber Security Defense and Threat Management architecture design (LogyRthm, Splunk, CarbonBlack, Fidelis and ServiceNow)
Storage Area Network (SAN) design, management and support for EMC VMAX 10 and VNX SAN (unisphere), HP 3PAR SAN and Dell Compellent SANs
Administering and supporting cloud provisioning automation tools, automation workflows
