My client in Bloomington, Illinois, has a long-term opportunity for a Windows Engineer.

• Responsible for all aspects of the SCCM infrastructure (Image Creations, Reporting, Queries & application packaging / deployment)
• Assist with deployment of security patches
• Group Policy – creation & administration
• Expert knowledge of Windows 7 / 10 – Engineering and Tier III level support
• Internet Browser Support and Administration
• BIOS configuration design and support
• TPM design and deployment knowledge
• BitLocker administration and support
• Automation knowledge – PowerShell / Python / Scorch
• Java client knowledge a plus
• Mac OS knowledge and / or JAMF experience a plus
• Contribute to a teamwork atmosphere among colleagues
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong personal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Be proactive in recommending changes to infrastructure policies, procedures, technology, training, etc. to improve effectiveness, efficiency or service quality
